A transaction touches nearly every function. Most businesses address these challenges by hiring multiple disconnected advisors — or by adding overhead they can't yet justify.
We built Hyer Advisory Group to be the alternative: one firm, organized around five practices, with the depth to lead and the flexibility to scale. Our founders lead engagements directly and bring in experienced specialists from our professional network when the work calls for additional expertise.

Brandon Hyer is a CFO and senior finance executive with 20+ years of leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and multi-site operations in the lower middle market.
His background spans capital raising, lender relations, M&A transaction support, FP&A transformation, and operational finance. He has led finance organizations through debt and equity transactions, built board-ready reporting frameworks, and driven the financial infrastructure needed to scale or exit successfully.
As Co-Founder of Hyer Advisory Group, Brandon leads the firm's finance and strategy work and brings executive-level financial leadership to founder-led and PE-backed businesses.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Illinois, grounding his executive approach in disciplined financial fundamentals.
Jazmin Arballo

Jazmin Arballo is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Hyer Advisory Group, where she leads the firm's finance and accounting practice and oversees day-to-day operations.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, bringing a disciplined, analytical approach to every engagement.
